Sr. Reliability Engineer

Location: Lake Forest, CA – 100% onsite, 5 days/week
Contract: 6 months to 1 year contract with extension/conversion potential

Seeking a Sr. Reliability Engineer to support R&D and NPI through reliability, quality, and validation testing.

• Develop and execute reliability testing, including HALT, ALT, environmental, life, transportation, PCBA stress screening, and V&V.
• Review designs and test plans for reliability, quality, and compliance.
• Develop automated testing using LabVIEW, Python, and/or R.
• Perform statistical analysis, reliability assessments, and design reviews.
• Support validation, technical documentation, and resolution of design/manufacturing issues.

Requirements:

• BS Engineering with 4+ years experience or MS with 2+ years.
• 4+ years R&D experience focused on reliability/quality engineering.
• Experience with reliability engineering, test automation, and statistical methods.
• Familiarity with GMP/QSR, lab testing, and equipment validation.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or optical design.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
