Join a global leader in the fragrance and flavor industry! We’re seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to help elevate food safety and quality programs at our Florence, KY location.

Maintain and improve quality and food safety systems.

Lead internal audits and monthly inspections.

Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions.

Support certifications (Halal, Kosher, Organic) and regulatory audits.

Train staff on quality and safety protocols.

Conduct vendor audits and drive compliance.
Requirements

Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.

3+ years in Quality Assurance or Food Safety.

Familiarity with ISO 9001/22000, FSSC 22000, FDA (PCQI preferred).

SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Auditor experience is a plus.
